Jason makes it look easy. Worse, he does it after a pitcher or two of beer.

Some people are in it for the glory, their name in lights. Not Jason. He’s the operator behind the scenes, the barfly with the scheme of the century. He’s sweetly disarming, strangely generous, and sharper than cheddar cheese.

Remember Elk’s Run? Jason was the one who ran with it. How about Postcards? Jason made the whole package. His entrepreneurial spirit is remarkable, and he could sell you a bridge — if he thought so small.

Don’t picture some shyster, some used car salesman. Jason’s about quality and patience. He builds things to last. So, you had best keep your ear to the ground (or to his blog) for whatever he next unfolds: It’ll go big.
And he’s marrying a woman from my hometown. So, bonus points there.
